Launch of the first Easy to Read and Understand visitor booklet
Since its opening in 2021, Les Franciscaines has placed accessibility at the heart of its project. True to its mission of openness and sharing, the establishment is now presenting a new inclusive mediation tool: a visit booklet written in FALC (Facile à Lire et à Comprendre).
The FALC booklet has been designed to enable everyone, whatever their reading level or disability, to prepare and experience their visit independently.
Available free of charge at reception and as a download from the Franciscaines website, this booklet was developed as part of the European REACT project, with the expertise of the Les Apprimeurs agency, in close collaboration with the ESAT Anaïs de Saint-Arnoult, whose workers helped proofread and validate it, in accordance with international FALC standards.
