More than just a light dining room, Le Réfectoire and its south-facing terrace are designed for sharing, conviviality and relaxation; it is a great place to meet around the large table to enjoy a simple, original and quality offer in a relaxed atmosphere to make the most of your visit, your show or just to relax.

Le Réfectoire-Deauville isn't just about sending out well-sourced, fresh and fair plates: it's about becoming a destination for light, cultural dining, just like the unusual place it's housed in.
Here, for example, the classic Caesar salad is replaced by a nettle soup, when in season, inviting diners not only to return to the days of the Franciscan nuns, but also to explore the surrounding countryside, at least for the duration of a meal.
Chef Yanick Bernouin's aim in the kitchen is to offer dishes that are light-hearted, balanced and original, inspired by market finds and local produce, but imagined in a relaxed version, far removed from the straitjacket of gourmet tables and in perfect harmony with the exhibition or show of the moment.
The menu features balanced, original dishes, prepared in a relaxed yet refined manner. Whether you're chilling out with a book or enjoying a quick lunch, we've created a cuisine that's fast but creative, gourmet, well thought-out and even gastronomic.
You can sit around a large table amidst the books, or on the south-facing terrace when the weather's right. You can view your menu on a tablet or via a dedicated application. Your meal is then served on a tray, designed for rapid service and exemplary qualitý of tasting.
Also worth trying out are the unique formulas for aperitifs, Sunday brunch or business and family gatherings.
