Outstanding performance by Jacopo Benassi

During this performance, the artist will cut out the walls of his studio to music, which will become works of art and be presented at Point de Vue during the next edition of the festival from October 21 to January 7. After the performance, Jacopo Benassi will talk to the audience.

Inspired by Normandy, and in particular the town of Deauville, Jacopo's work is multi-layered, ranging from painting and photography to video and sculpture. In recent months, he has not only been able to produce photographs and paintings, but also his own frame creations. Over the years, Jacopo Benassi has developed his own style, in which depth of field has no place and flash becomes a signature. He imposes these stylistic limits on himself, with the aim of producing unpretentious, on-the-spot photographs.
