A third album for bandoneonist Louise Jallu, who is well on the way to becoming one of the most prominent musicians on the French jazz scene, resolutely focused on unprecedented experimentation. Here, it's in the Argentine milonga that the musician has sought inspiration for her new repertoire. Taking delight in this originally highly syncopated dance music, she and her musicians create pieces with a vibrant architecture, irrigating her proposals with the breath of her instrument. Classical pieces by Schumann, Berg, Bach and Ravel are recycled in a contemporary way.
